These terms govern your use of the Mr. Giga PLANTiEKalC application ("the app"), published by Devil's Workshop ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Licence
Subject to these terms and any active subscription, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own professional or personal engineering use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code or databases from the app except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
2. Subscriptions & trials
The app's calculators are made available through subscriptions, offered as individual per-calculator plans and an all-access plan, each on a monthly or annual basis. Eligible new subscribers may be offered a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid term and the applicable fee is charged. Trial eligibility and length are as stated at the point of purchase in Google Play.
3. Billing & cancellation
All payments are processed by Google Play under your Google account and Google's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the chosen period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the Google Play Store (Payments & subscriptions); cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Prices are shown in your local currency and may vary by region; we may change prices prospectively, with changes applying to renewals after notice as required by Google Play. Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app unlawfully, not to interfere with its operation or security, not to circumvent the subscription or licensing controls, and not to use it in any way that infringes the rights of others. You are responsible for the devices and accounts you use to access the app.
5. Engineering disclaimer
Read this carefully. The app is a calculation aid for qualified engineers. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, a sealed/stamped design, or independent verification.
The calculators implement published engineering equations and reference industry standards (such as ASME, ISA, TEMA and B36.10/B36.19). However:
- results depend entirely on the inputs and selections you provide, and on assumptions inherent to each method;
- code editions, project specifications, and local regulations vary and may differ from the methods or data used in the app;
- the app does not know your full design context and cannot replace the judgment of the responsible engineer-of-record; and
- you are solely responsible for independently checking and validating every result before it is used in any design, analysis, procurement, fabrication, construction, or other decision.
You must treat every output as you would your own preliminary hand calculation — to be verified, not relied upon as a certified result.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any result will be correct or suitable for any purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devil's Workshop and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or for any damages arising from the use of, or reliance on, the app or its outputs — including any engineering, financial, safety, or business consequences. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its interface, code, databases, generated datasheet formats, name, and branding are owned by Devil's Workshop and protected by applicable law. Standard names and designations (e.g. ASME, ISA, TEMA) are the property of their respective organisations and are referenced only to describe the methods implemented; their use does not imply endorsement or certification by those bodies. Datasheets and files you generate from your own inputs are yours to use.
9. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and cancel any subscription through Google Play. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or misuse the app. Provisions relating to disclaimers, liability, and intellectual property survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Howrah, West Bengal, India, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
